In a nutshell
Workstream lacked a sticky revenue stream and the hourly workforce lacked an easy-to-use payroll solution, forcing users to spend days on manual payroll calculations.
To address these challenges, we collaborated with CheckHq and Oneschema to design and develop an end-to-end, multi-product Payroll solution unique for our users.
Our solution reduced payroll processing times from ~7hrs down to 1hr, generated $XXXK in ARR post-launch, and transformed Workstream into a fully integrated HRIS platform, enhancing our services and opening steady revenue streams.
